Fun times

We have been super busy, any doing all kinds of cool stuff, and I have had no time to write any of this down!

First off Ryan, my little man,

your first big boy swing outside... i don't think you even noticed, your fingers were much to interesting...mommas sleeping beauty.. i heart this time little dude togetherand yes, rolling down the hill in the park, I'm glad you can sit up now!

ahh yes, the polka.

We went to Oktoberfest... and you K rode on the Ferris wheel with daddy...momma was a nervous nancy but I smiled and blew kisses the whole time, you will NOT get being afraid of rides from me! We got to play by the water and play games and dance, to yes, Polka haha kiddo you loved it! What a dweeb!

We got some pets! A fish and two frogs, whom all are named goldie. weirdo. We are really hoping all the poking and peek a boo doesn't give them a heart attack...

K and Jackson have become quite the little pair, and you call him your best friend.. its super cute watching you two beat each other up and then be bff's again! He is such a trooper playing dress up!

And it begins,

Ever since Ryan has been born, we have been waiting. Its not the kind of thing you talk about, or even really dwell on after you have them... but you are really hoping your kids will become friends. I have watched so many of my friends have two kids, who are just madly in love and its adorable. Ryan's almost five months, and the two of you have been kind of just co-existing. Every once in a while you will play for a few minutes, give good morning and goodnight hugs and kisses or even pull hair just for fun... but haven't really gotten together and played. This is what I have been waiting for... the full on, no set up from mom and dad, just brother & sister playtime. Mikayla has always liked playing peek a boo and this takes it to a whole new level, this laugh Ryan will only give his big sister... so deep and rich. I am bursting with joy watching you two.. so it begins, this beautiful crazy love story between big sister and her little brother.

The big 2nd birthday bash was a ton of fun! You were so excited to see all your friends, and family at your house at the same time, you kept coming over saying "everybody here!" You got your very own jumping castle to jump with your friends, had a yummy dinner (even though you didn't eat much! ) and a delicious cake! You got so many fun toys, we have been so busy playing with them all, you are a lucky little lady! It was so fun watching you celebrate with all the people who love you most!

Ah yes,

The Dr. visit went well, it was so nice getting both of you in at the same appt and we finally have Dr that we like, a lot actually, so it is a pleasant trip! You were both so good, and got everything all checked out... and yes you two are super healthy. Mikay, he was impressed by your vocab.. at least 50 words my butt, chick you talk the pants off most kiddos! You got a referral to see an orthopedist for your crooked foot so we shall see...

Ryan, you are a chubby butt! we know all about it though! Strong, happy and a cute little boy is all they ever have to say.. muah i love it! Shots all around, kinda a whiny ride home.. but its done!
